Kraftwerk has announced a new tour, giving audiences in North America and elsewhere the chance to catch Ralf Hütter and company and their iconic tour visuals.

The German band is one of the more influential groups of all time-lending ideas to scenes stretching from post-rock to industrial, and later to the modern electronic music scene-and has to be considered one of the most underrated as well. Kraftwerk has always been considered not only from an artistic viewpoint but from a scientific and philosophical one as well, a situation that suits the band just find. The band has played shows at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and also been the subject of an academic conference at Aston University this year.

"So what's new about a Kraftwerk show in 2014—one that they've been continually refining on international stages for a couple years now? Well, no matter how many times you see them, it's startling how futuristic their music still feels," wrote Matt Diehl for Rolling Stone last year.
