According to his website's bio, Bassnectar is one of the longest standing and most respected artists in American electronic dance music. He is the original long hair behind the tables, having been in the game well before most of his contemporaries and amassing an epic fan base.

Seriosuly, Lorin Ashton aka Bassnectar has been a notable force in bass music ever since the mid 1990s! And since 2003, he has released 10 amazing studio albums! The most recent of his albums was 'Unlimited' which he released almost a year ago on June 17th 2016.

Now 2017 has been a very busy year for Bassnectar. So far this year, he has released his insane remixes of Buku's "Front To Back" and NOISIA's "Get Deaded." He has also released several singles like "Interlock" with ATLiens, "Watch Out" with Dirtyphonics & Ragga Twins, and a new version of "Speakerbox" featuring Ohana Bam & Lafa Taylor for ‘The Fate Of The Furious’ Soundtrack.

He has also kept very busy by playing festivals around the world. He also played his own festival Basslantic City earlier this year. And he is gearing up for his annual Bass Center Festival. The festival this year will feature Cashmere Cat, Dan Deacon, Mr. Carmack, CloZee, Tsuruda, Bleep Bloop, Shlump, Son of Kick, and CharlesTheFirst!

And now, almost a year since releasing his album 'Unlimited,' Bassnectar has taken to social media to reveal some massive news. Not only has he announced his upcoming 'Reflective' EP set to be released next Friday, June 16th, but he also has shared two of the singles. The first single is "Underground" with G Jones. Bassnectar has been teasing this massive collab quite some time so we are super glad to find out it'll be on the upcoming EP. The second track "Horizons" is a super melodic bass friendly anthem with Dorfex Bos!
