Musink Festival releases its lineup, with Travis Barker's band blink-182 headlining alongside The Descendents, Lil Yachty, Good Charlotte, and Machine Gun Kelly.

Organized by Barker, Musink Festival is in its 11th year of celebrating music, tattoos, and cars in Costa Mesa in California. The star-studded three-day festival will be held at the OC Fair & Events Center from March 16 to 18.

"Every year we have more and more fun and this year I am excited to announce blink-182, The Descendents, Lil Yachty, MGK and more," says Barker. "Super stoked for all the fans to come out for a great time of music, cars, and tattoos."

The opening night of the Musink Festival will see The Descendents lead the pack followed by Fear, Strung Out, and The Adolescents. The next day will feature performances from blink-182, Good Charlotte, and The Interrupters while the festival will close out with a bang as Lil Yachty rocks out with Machine Gun Kelly, Wifisfuneral, and The Fever 333 on the last day.

Tattoo culture is as big a part of Musink Festival as music. Tattoo contests are held daily. Well-known names in the community will be featured including Jack Rudy, Black Anchor Collective, Robert Atkinson, Alex Strangler, Baba, Big Gus, Bob Tyrrell, Boog Star, Britton McFetridge, Christine Barnum, Corey Miller, Eddie Tana, Elm St. Tattoo, Franco Vescovi, Goethe, Gypsy Rose, Karen Costleigh, Small Paul, Spotlight Tattoo, and True Tattoo.

There will also be a vendor village onsite, and a Miss Musink competition is set to take place. Miss Musink is a partnership with Sullen Clothing's Angels to search for the "most beautiful and inked women."

The Musink Festival is not just a special event for the attendees, but also for the performers. During the 10th anniversary festival in 2017, 90s bands raved about the event that gave them an opportunity to relive the good old punk rock days.

"Those are the most special events for us, because it's like we all got together in our own backyard and had the biggest and most exciting barbecue of the season," Greg Graffin of Bad Religion says. "It's very special, and these are like neighbors and family members coming together for a special occasion. Nothing could be more special and heartwarming."

Ticket selling for the Musink Festival 2018 will start on Jan. 26. Single-day tickets in regular and VIP are available, but attendees who want to enjoy the entire festival can purchase a three-day general admission pass.
