The next viral summer hit is already in the works. Jennifer Lopez confirmed that she is collaborating with Cardi B for the song "Dinero."

Lopez, who has been working on new music since last year, has been leaving clues about her collaboration with the "Finesse" rapper for a while now. Last December, she posted a conversation with DJ Khaled in a studio where they mentioned the Grammy-nominated rapper. However, a confirmation has not been made until this week.

In an interview, Lopez did not reveal much information about the upcoming song, but she did tease that it will be out very soon.

"I feel like you already know that I collaborated with Cardi B," the 48-year-old told Latina.com. "I do have a record coming out with her and it's coming out soon. The name of the song is 'Dinero.' I don't know what the video is going to be yet but we'll see what we come up with."

Earlier this year, Lopez gave fans a preview of the song at the 11th annual mega-concert Calibash held at Staples Center in Los Angeles. At the same event, the singer/actress also covered Cardi B's hit "Bodak Yellow."

For her next album, Lopez has collaborated with some of the biggest hip-hop acts in the music scene right now. Aside from Cardi B, she also recently released "Us," a song she made with Skrillex and Poo Bear.

The Latina singer last released an album in 2014. Called A.K.A., the album spawned chart-topping hits such as "First Love" and "Booty."

Despite not having new music to promote, Lopez never left the spotlight in the past year. She launched a new campaign for the clothing company Guess Jeans, following the footsteps of other iconic models such as Claudia Schiffer and Anna Nicole Smith.

The mother of two has also been taking care of her children, Max and Emme.

Last month, she and her boyfriend, former baseball player Alex Rodriguez, launched a fund to help Puerto Rico to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Maria.

"Puerto Rico's health centers are an inspiring example of community-driven organizations that are making a remarkable difference in improving and saving people's lives," the celebrity said in a statement. "During the hurricane crisis, these centers served as a backbone for healthcare — they were the difference between life and death in remote areas where responders couldn't get through."

The Puerto Rico Federally Qualified Health Centers Disaster Recovery Fund is an effort in partnership with the Hispanic Federation and in conjunction with the RCHN Community Health Foundation.
