Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show audience appeared to be completely wrought with teenage girls during last night's episode. Why? Easy... because the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer were there to perform –– several times!

Appearing as Fallon's musical guest, the band initially made their way to the stage during the host's Hashtags segment. Being the fall season, the comedian had his Tonight Show fans tweet in lyrics to their favorite fall songs donned with the hashtag #FallSongs. But instead of having the legendary Roots crew perform the lyrics, like he would most likely normally do, 5 Seconds of Summer stepped in to take the challenege!

How do you think they did? Oddly enough, the hardest one proved to be the group's own song, "She Looks So Perfect" –– largely because the lyrics just weren't right, as singer/guitarist Michael Clifford joked.

Later on in the episode, following appearances from former New York Yankee Derek Jeter and actor James Marsden, Fallon then re-introduced the group for a rendition of their famed and fan-favorite single "Good Girls."

5 Seconds of Summer is currently on tour celebrating the release of their self-titled debut album, which, as the host noted, hit No. 1 on the Billboard charts this past summer.

Back when it first came out, Music Times reviewed the record in our Junk Mail. Read that here
