Midterm elections are approaching ever nearer, and Lil Jon wants you to vote. Today (Oct. 7) in partnership with Rock the Vote and celebrities such as Lena Dunham, Fred Armisen and Darren Criss, the notoriously raucous rapper reworked his hit "Turn Down for What" into "Turn Out for What" to encourage young adults to hit the polls this Nov. 4.

The video begins with a sketch where Jon is talking to his "aunt" Whoopi Goldberg about heading to the voting booth, and no, it's not for Dancing With The Stars. He then heads into the voting booth, where he bumps into Girls creator Lena Dunham and celebrity trainer Tracy Andersen.

Then, the beat drops, with Jon's absurdly loud and party-friendly jam getting blasted through the speakers as he encourages everyone to "Turn Out For What" they believe in. The celebrity guests, while encouraging people to vote for what they believe in, talk about their most important issue.

For Jon, it's marijuana legalization. For Darren Criss, it's education. Dunham and Sophia Bush are voting for women's rights, and Devandra Banhart is concert about deforestation.

And, well, Fred Armisen just wants to be cool for his friends.

Though the ad is liberal leaning, it's all about what you truly care about in your representation, and the only real way to do that is to vote on Nov. 4.

And the cool rap remix and all the twerking doesn't hurt much either.
