Gwen Stefani has long been teasing the release of her comeback solo album for a long time, and now it seems as though the lead single from her third studio album will be on its way as early as next week. The track, reportedly titled "Baby Don't Lie," is set for an Oct. 19 release date.

According to Haze Radio's Twitter account and the Gwen Stefani/No Doubt fansite Everything in Time, "Baby Don't Lie" will be released right when Oct. 19 turns into Oct. 20.

According to the tweet, "Baby Don't Lie" will hit at 9 p.m. PST, or midnight EST.

Stefani herself has yet to confirm the new release date or title for her new comeback single, but "Baby Don't Lie" is a longtime coming.

In recent months, Stefani has been blatant that she has been hard at work in the studio with Pharrell Williams as well as OneRepublic frontman/renowned songwriter Ryan Tedder. "Right now I'm really all about the music. I feel like I've spent the last year really focused on fashion," Stefani said in an interview with MTV News at New York Fashion Week. "I'm really thinking about music a lot."

Stefani also has a prime platform for promoting her new album: a coaching gig alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and her new album's executive producer Pharrell on season seven of The Voice. As Music Times previously reported, Stefani will give the live debut of "Baby Don't Lie" sometime during season seven of The Voice.
