Not only is Bravo's Blood Sweat & Heels returning for a second season, but we can confirm there will be coverage of at least one nasty fight between the ladies. Apparently, Bravo's cameras were rolling Monday night, Oct. 20, when a verbal altercation between Geneva S. Thomas and Melyssa Ford turned bloody. The clash between the ladies ended with Thomas smashing a glass off Ford's head! Ford will press charges against her costar over the fight, which was caught on camera.

According to MediaTakeOut's source, as of last night Ford had gone ahead and pressed charges against Thomas. She was later released on bail, but Ford is apparently still hospitalized. While the cast is promoted as being an upscale, classy group of up-and-coming New York City movers and shakers, at any given moment they can get just as messy as anyone from VH1's Love & Hip Hop franchise.

It just happens at a better location with more glitz.

Thomas and Ford did not clash much during the first season, although work ethic seemed to be an issue between the ladies. Ford is a former video vixen who has shifted over to real estate but does not seem to want to put in the hours of hard work in order to make enough money to sustain herself.

Meanwhile, Thomas is a style and pop-culture journalist who is used to having to grind to make money. There is no word yet on what these two ladies got into it about, but it will be interesting to find out.

Did you tune in for Season 1 of Blood, Sweat & Heels? Was Bravo smart to bring this group of women together, or is the reality TV market so oversaturated at this point that you have stopped paying attention to what new ideas the networks are cranking out?
