Pearl Jam's Lightning Bolt is streaming a week early. The album is officially out Oct. 15, but fans can hear it in full on iTunes.
This is the band's tenth studio album, the follow up to 2009's Backspacer. They previously released distinct sounding singles, "Sirens" and "Mind Your Manners," and they shared a short, Danny Clinch-directed documentary about the album.
The documentary features members of Pearl Jam being interviewed by various celebrities who are also fans of the band, including Carrie Brownstein (Portlandia, Wild Flag), filmmaker Judd Apatow, former NFL safety Steve Gleason, and Australian surfer Mark Richards. The full interviews aren't shown in the documentaries, but you can watch them on IFC and the Guardian.
