Richard Sherman is one of the most controversial players in the NFL. It's not as if he has a bad reputation off the field, but his boisterous nature tends to get people riled up.

You might remember his epic outburst after last season's NFC Championship game. While that will probably never be topped, he was at it again this week, goading Philadelphia Eagles fans while the Seattle Seahawks stormed their way to a 24-14 win:

Then, there was this after the game:

Last week, Sherman managed to throw a jab at San Francisco 49ers fans after the Seahawks' Thanksgiving victory.

"Somebody threw a glass bottle at the end," Sherman told ESPN. "Every time we came through the tunnel, there were a lot of vulgar things being said. Sometimes you should let sleeping dogs lie. It makes you appreciate your own fans and how they stay for the whole game regardless of the outcome."

But his attitude toward Philly wasn't all bad after this week's game. He managed to see city's silver lining:

The cornerback made headlines a couple weeks ago when he performed a one-act play with teammate Doug Baldwin instead of conducting the usual press conference.

The show was an act of solidarity after teammate Marshawn Lynch was fined $200,000 by the league for not speaking to reporters, and Sherman also made sure to point out the NFL's hypocrisy when it comes to player safety and league sponsorships.

"It seems like we're in a league where they say, 'Players, please don't endorse alcohol. No DUIs, please,'" Sherman said. "But yet a beer sponsor is their biggest sponsor."
