Ray Rice had been hoping that after addressing his demons on Today a few weeks ago with his wife, Janay Rice, firmly planted by his side, he would be able to move past the domestic violence scandal that has plagued him. Instead, a new video is out, one that the Rice's legal team worked hard to keep under wraps because it may give us a real look at how dysfunctional their relationship is. The latest surveillance tape was obtained exclusively by ABC News and it shows the couple -- who are both handcuffed because originally they had made allegations of abuse against each other -- kissing at the back of the same elevator where Ray had originally knocked his wife out cold. It's like a switch was flipped and they went from hostile and violent to passionate in just a few seconds.

While the couple had hoped to squash all of the rumors with their interview and have held firm in the notion that before that awful night in Atlantic City, there had never been violence between them, this footage is likely to lead to questions about the truthfulness of their statements. In fact, the video could easily lead some to believe that there is possibly a pattern of angry clashes followed by a quick resolution. Instead of distancing themselves from the footage that has, (at least up until now) cost Ray his NFL career, it's giving everyone a look at them from a totally different perspective.

Check out the video and tell us your thoughts on it. Do you believe that Ray and Janay have never had a physical fight before this night that just so happened to be caught on camera? Or do you think that their relationship has always been volatile and the proof of that has just been made a little more public today?
