Young Buck is having quite a busy week releasing his second music video for the track “On Tha Way.”
“On Tha Way” was produced by Bandplay and features visuals of Young Buck surrounded by peers doing his thing rapping late into the night. The track is an announcement and confirmation that as he is busy with work and filling his day with “all-day trapping, selling juices, sipping lean and selling loosies” he is surely “on tha way” and anticipating having a big year in 2015.
Earlier this week saw a music video for “New Year’s Cake," and one cannot help but wonder if Young Buck will keep up this momentum or not.
G-Unit’s release The Beauty of Independence EP had fans of Young Buck hungry for more and Young Buck is certainly delivering.
The new video for “On Tha Way” saw mixed opinions from commenters on YouTube, with comments reading like “First song in a awhile that I don’t like from him. The hook is quite annoying. You can do better man” to “Young Buck is coming! Streets are in danger!!!” to “sounds like he’s been hanging out with Wacka Flocka too much.”
Young Buck shared on social media that he has been saying “it’s now or never! Your network determines your networth! Let’s go get it!,” truly reinforcing that the artist is focused on an exciting new year ahead and putting his work in at the studio.
