Lil Wayne and Master P finally linked up on a few tracks, mending a longtime feud between Cash Money Records and the No Limit brand. The rumor mill began turning shortly thereafter that Weezy would be joining P's record label since there has been some problems in the Cash Money realm. Wayne has yet to comment on the speculation, but Master P stopped by Sway in the Morning to talk about the possibility.

"Anything is possible, but Wayne just making good music. I rapped on his record, he rapped on this 'Power' record, we're gonna build a relationship from there. However it goes, it's all official over here," he said, Vibe notes.

It is all respect between the No Limit head and Birdman, at least on P's end, and he had nothing but kind words for the Cash Money team. Master P also praised Weezy's business sense.

"I'm there for him, if that's what he needs," P said. "But I think he know what he's doing with his situation. He's been in this game a long time, he's one of the best rappers in the world. I just appreciate me and him getting together."

Wayne first shared his issues with Cash Money in December, blaming the label and Baby for the constant delays of his upcoming album Tha Carter V.

To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it," Weezy tweeted.

The rapper continued to make his feelings toward the label public, but he has not officially left CM and there has been no word on a new release date for the album.
