It is a good thing Waffle House did not drop $50 billion on a Super Bowl commercial for Sunday, Feb. 1's big game, because the company got gobs of free publicity Saturday night, Jan. 31, when Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen strolled through its doors for a nice, late-night meal.

The four A-listers decided that they would like to commemorate their experience by taking photographs and posting them to well-known social media outlets.

Within minutes: BOOM! Waffle House was the toast of the Internet, and millions of people began thinking, "Damn, I need some waffles!"

Teigen was the first to post a photo, seen above.

Not to be outdone -- and obviously concerned about fans only getting one side of her face -- Kim K. decided to post her own photo of the quartet, which you can view below

(Side note: Who is taking these pictures?)

Kanye was busy playing a Super Bowl pre-party concert with Rihanna earlier in the night while Legend and Teigen were sitting in the front row at the NFL Honors next to Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn.

Proof:

Despite the obvious questions -- like "Arizona has a Waffle House?" -- there are several other inquiries to be made. Notably:

  • "Why wasn't Tony Romo invited?"
  • "What did Kanye order on his waffles?"
  • "What did they play on the jukebox?"
  • "Why did Kanye tear a hole in his pants?"
  • "Can anyone top John's shoe game?"
  • "Did Kanye purchase the Waffle House to ensure privacy?"
  • "Does Kim even like waffles?"
  • "Is it even a question that all of this was Chrissy's idea?"
