Fashion Police has been in a state of total chaos ever since Joan Rivers's unexpected death last September, and while E! has tried in vain to stabilize things, it seems a nearly impossible task. Since Melissa Rivers is an executive producer on the show, she pushed for it to continue, believing that her mother would have wanted it to do so. After the last two months of disarray, it has turned into a show that even Joan would not recognize, but insiders say Fashion Police will continue on, for now. According to sources connected with the production, E! executives have already met to discuss the future of the show, and they plan to recast the open seats and possibly create a different show with the same concept, said a new report by TMZ.

The last few weeks have been nearly disastrous for the show with Giuliana Rancic first insulting Zendaya Coleman's Oscar night look so badly that even Kelly Osbourne immediately spoke out against her. A shallow apology was not enough to keep Osbourne from quitting, and then late last week Kathy Griffin also decided she was finished after just seven episodes.

Griffin reportedly is so over Rancic's diva antics that she is fine with never speaking to her again. There was enough behind-the-scenes turmoil that it easily has spilled out into the media, leaving Melissa with the huge task of figuring out how to fix the mess. Is she better off completely cleaning house? Should she maybe get rid of Rancic and start completely over with a new panel? Do you think anyone is going to want to work with Rancic after all the negative press she has generated?

Should Fashion Police's plug be pulled and the show be put to rest permanently, or should E! clean house and start completely fresh? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
