Kate Gosselin is one of those celebritiess who only seems to grab negative headlines. There is absolutely no love lost between her and ex-husband Jon Gosselin, and he always seems to have a hand in the accusations against her that the press tends to have a field day with. Either he tips someone off or else he files something in court with clear-cut allegations and it eventually is unearthed by an outlet. That is what happened this week, and this time around Kate was not ignoring it as she so often does. His child abandonment court allegations have resurfaced.

According to a report by Radar Online, Jon's lawyers filed court papers in October 2010 that challenged Kate's choice of baby-sitters for their eight children.

"Father has requested that he be given the option of caring for the children when Mother is unable to care for the children overnight during her custodial time. Mother has refused to agree to this request. Recently, Mother traveled with the two older children for six days and left the six younger children in the care of a 19-year-old babysitter. Father was available, however, Mother refused to let the children stay with father and/or allow Father to stay in her home with the children," said the official filing.

Kate decided to wonder out loud on her Twitter why allegations that were dismissed years ago were suddenly news today.

Perhaps the real question is why they became news again. Was it because someone actually stumbled onto it or was Jon working his usual magic to try and make Kate look bad in the press again? We know that she's a tough mother and there have been rumors about her treatment of the kids for years. Jon has even involved Child Protective Services, but Kate always ends up retaining custody after they wrap up an investigation.

Do you think Kate's parenting is the real problem here or is her vindictive ex the one preventing the whole family from moving on without being under a microscope? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
