Ludacris dropped his newest album Ludaversal today, March 31. Ludaversal is now available to stream and purchase. It is the rapper's first album in five years. Ludaversal, composed of 14 tracks, is now available to stream via Spotify. Fans will find musical guest appearances including Big K.R.I.T., Miguel, Monica and Usher. The rapper recently sat with the The Cruz Show on Power106 to discuss the movie Furious 7 and Ludaversal.
In response to the time it took to create this album, Ludacris revealed, "Man, like four years man, I know we were just talking about that. ... After seven consecutive albums, sometimes you have to like take some time out and live life to get a little inspired again. That's exactly what happened so and you know I say that very humbly and blessed that the fans have been supporting. A lot of artists don't make to album No. 2. So to say that this is album No. 8, I just want to thank everybody for supporting for all of these years. I will continue to stay hungry."
Ludacris also denied the notion that shooting a movie affects a rapper's seriousness about their music.
