Backstreet Boys' new comeback album In A World Like This comes out July 30. Ahead of the release, BSB have debuted a new track from the album, "Madeleine," via Perez Hilton.

The acoustic track is quite unlike anything fans have heard from Backstreet Boys before. Though acoustic songs and ballads aren't unfamiliar fare from the grown up boy band, "Madeleine" is different. A soft, mid-tempo song, "Madeleine" is more reminiscent of a soft pop-rock song than a pure boy band track.

"Madeleine" marks the maturity that BSB have teased in their new album. In recent interviews, the "I Want It That Way" group has claimed that they made the record they wanted, and they're hoping fans will fall in line in liking the new music.

The sensitive lyrics indicate a troubled young woman, perhaps a fan, who has given up hope. With sympathy, the Backstreet Boys tell Madeleine to hold on and rise up in only the way she can. Things, in other words, are not nearly as hopeless as the young woman thinks they are.

In A World Like This, which includes "Madeleine" and current single "In A World Like This," will be released on July 30. Rumors have circulated that the album has already leaked, however.
