The Queen Bey, Beyoncé's mom Tina Knowles recently wed her fiancé, actor Richard Lawson, yesterday, Sunday, April 12.
According to Vibe, Knowles and Lawson's wedding took place on a yacht in California, named Eternity. The wedding included 300 guests who boarded Eternity to join in the wedding bliss.
Knowles revealed the news of her engagement during a speech for the Texas Women's Empowerment Foundation, Vibe reported. She opened up about her new romance and her past rough experience with her ex-husband and father to Beyoncé and Solange, Matthew Knowles.
"It's been now a year and five months and I'm in a committed relationship with that handsome man. And I'm in my happiest I been in a long, long time," Tina said according to Vibe.
In an interview with ET Online, the now-wife of Richard Lawson, dished on her curated collection for Caché.
"I've shopped at Caché for many years, so I picked up 24 of my favorite things," she told ET Online. "It becomes a challenge sometimes finding really beautiful things for a good price point ... I think that they are the epitome of getting it right with everybody. I'm mostly looking for things that will be flattering to every woman. Picking things that I know will work on many body types and many age groups."
The newlywed also dished on working on a new book and why it's important to push through hard times.
"Everything in my life happened for a reason," she told ET Online. "Even when I thought they were the worst things in the world, they turned out to be the best things in the world. If you're going through something, just know that you're gonna come out on the other side. You're going through it — you're not stuck there forever. That's what the book is about."
