Earlier this month, Mariah Carey unveiled the tracklist for her forthcoming greatest hits album #1 To Infinity. More recently, she released a lyric video for her single "Infinity."

In addition to the song's lyrics, the video features unique visuals that describe whatever lyric is on the screen at that time. Just in case you didn't catch what she said, Carey sings about a relationship gone bad and vows that things will never be the same. It even seems as though she may be taking a dig at Nick Cannon.

With lines like, "you just lost the best you ever had" and "everything you own boy you still owe..." it's obvious that "Infinity" is a heartbreak tune.

During a recent interview on The Meredith Vieira Show, Cannon admitted that Carey will always have a place in his heart.

"...It's one of those things, I'm a hopeless romantic too so I honestly believe, through this learning process you never say never. To me one thing I know that, that will always be the love of my life, always be my family, that's never going to change."

Take a listen and enjoy the captivating lyric visual for "Infinity" after the jump.

As previously reported, #1 To Infinity will include all of Carey's biggest hits from 1990's "Vision of Love" to 2008's "Touch My Body." The collection, which spans over three-decades, also includes her biggest smash hits including the longest-running No. 1 single of all time "One Sweet Day," featuring Boyz II Men and the 14 week No. 1 "We Belong Together."
