Each year, the Academy of Country Music Awards honors the best of the new artists. They choose the eight most promising candidates as semi-finalists and then have fans vote for the top three. Voting ends at 3 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.

She was also nominated for Best New Artist and Best Country Solo Performance. At the 2013 CMA Awards, she was named New Artist of the Year and had nods for Song of the Year, Single of the Year, Album of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

Lee Brice was nominated for two Grammy Awards this year - Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song. At the 2013 CMA Awards, he may have lost out to Kacey Musgraves for New Artist of the Year, but he won Song of the Year for "I Drive Your Truck."
