Though she was expected out of rehabilitation for an eating disorder after only a month, "Timber" singer Ke$ha is staying in treatment and thus has had to postpone several tour dates.

According to Billboard, Ke$ha has delayed two upcoming concerts, one on March 15 in Hammond, Ind., and another on April 13 in Green Bay, Wisc., at the advice of her doctor.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," she said in a statement. "All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."

The news of the delayed tour dates follows the 26-year-old entering rehab on Jan. 3 for an eating disorder. Since then, Ke$ha has spoken to her animal fans on Twitter multiple times, once via a friend and once herself thanking everyone for their support as she gets healthy.

"hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support," she wrote on Jan. 22. "I couldn't do this without you."
