Have $10 on you? Well that should be enough to buy you a ticket to see Prince. During a secret show in London, which took place in his friend Lianne La Havas' living room and was attended by about 10 people, the Purple One announced in an accompanying press conference that he doesn't want to charge all that much for upcoming performances with his new band 3RDEYEGIRL, according to the BBC.

At the show, the three-piece band played two new tracks, which he described as "funk 'n' roll," from the upcoming album Plectrum Electrum, including their new single "PretzelBodyLogic."

"We want to charge about $10 a ticket — this is a new band, people are getting something new," said Prince. "We've been together for over a year, and it's perfect. The more we play, the more fun it is and addictive it is."

Prince says he isn't looking to play big arenas yet. Instead, he and the band will "work our way up, if people like us, to bigger venues." He also plans to record all their live shows and is now ok with fans sharing bootleg copies of them.

"Nobody sues their fans," he said when asked about the lawsuit he dropped last week. "I have some bootlegs of Lianne, but I wouldn't sell them. But fans sharing music with each other — that's cool."

The members of 3RDEYEGIRL, which include American drummer Hannah Ford, Canadian guitarist Donna Grantis and Danish bassist Ida Nielsen, are not technically bound to a contract with Prince.  "They're not signed to me, and I'm not signed to them. This is the way it always should have been. I've had my issues with labels in the past, but that all happened for a reason."

He has not officially announced new tour dates, but we will keep you updated when information becomes available.
