Are you ready for an impressive mix of brand new tracks from rising and established musicians? Of course you are; it's Monday and that's what we do every week! This time around we have new songs from Eternal Summers, Angel Olsen, Hozier, Meg Myers and many more.

Esben and the Witch has been around for quite some time, but since leaving Matador Records recently we haven't heard too much on the band's progress. Luckily this week saw the release of "No Dog," the post-rock outfit's new track off of the upcoming studio album being released later this year.

RIYL: Interpol, Silversun Pickups, Cranberries

Brooklyn's Yellow Ostrich have impressed us for a few months, but the group's new song "Any Wonder" has us begging for more. This trippy number is the second single off of the upcoming album Cosmos.

RIYL: Yeasayer, Animal Collective

If you aren't familiar with Seattle's Special Explosion you should get with the program. Check out the band's new song "Hide" and you can thank us later!

RIYL: Tigers Jaw, Built to Spill, Yo La Tengo

Everyone who's witnessed or heard Eternal Summers goes away from the experience impressed. "Never Enough" is considered the band's pop single off of the upcoming album The Drop Beneath, but it's still in the vein of Eternal Summers shoegaze we adore.

RIYL: Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pavement

We all love some good covers, so lets mix things up a bit with a few great adaptations from the week! Check out Lady Lamb the Beekeeper covering Kurt Vile, The National covering Perfume Genius, and none other than Miley Cyrus covering Arctic Monkeys!

Getting back into the mix, we can explore "From Eden" by Hozier. This bluesy number is a studio version of a live track we heard last year, but the polish definitely helps the sentiment felt throughout this love song.

RIYL: My Morning Jacket, Delta Spirit, Jeff Buckley

Meg Myers this week offered up her revealing and heartbreakingly lovely new song "The Morning After" and we're all a little bit better for it. If you can't relate to the despair and longing - you're lucky. If you can - you're welcome.

RIYL: Maria Taylor, Gregory and the Hawk, Rachel Yamagata

Angel Olsen is releasing one of 2014's most anticipated albums from a singers-songwriter, so closing out our mixtape with her song "White Fire" is just a solid reminder of why we love her.

RIYL: Wye Oak, Sharon Van Etten

This week's compilation of newly released songs would be a great Valentine's Day gift for your independent pal. Full of truth and strength, there's nothing like a great reminder of love on this day that might not be so lovely for some. Trust us.
