When news of the break up of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick hit the internet, no one was more surprised than he was. Apparently, Disick has been threatened so many times before by his baby mama that it never really occurred to him that she might be serious. Now that Kardashian has made it abundantly clear, by changing the locks on her home, that he is no longer welcome, Disick is furious. He is also soon to be pretty cash-strapped, as the Kardashians are in the process of cutting him off financially. Already there are rumors circulating that Disick could swing back with one heck of a tell-all book.

You have to remember, he and Kardashian got together just as the family business was launching and Disick has been along for the ride through many scandals that were quickly squashed by momager, Kris Jenner. The family may be best known for reality television but seem to hide an awful lot and Disick must have a ton of inside information that he has saved for a particularly viscous day. Has Kardashian been smart enough to legally limit what he can spill to the press? Some seem to think so.

According to a report by Radar Online, "Scott cannot sell her out, so to speak, because Kourtney and Scott have contracts that legally obligate them to secrecy regarding most every detail of their former arrangement. This was done when Kim hired a private investigator to catch Scott cheating a few years ago," says the source.

If Disick is contractually obligated to keep his mouth shut, do you think that he will find a way to get negative information out anyway? Since he is such a mess when left to his own devices, it's a bit hard to imagine this split ending up even remotely civil...
