As part of an investigation, the FBI stormed into the Zionsville, Indiana house of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle, stealing the computers of the man who shed over 200 pounds by eating the company's signature sandwiches.

The nature of the search hasn't been clarified, although Russell Taylor, executive director of Fogle's foundation, was arrested on child pornography charges, notes ABC News. Fogle's attorney explained to ABC in a statement that Fogle hasn't been arrested on any charges.

"Jared has been cooperating, and continues to cooperate, with law enforcement in their investigation of unspecified charges, and looks forward to its conclusion," attorney Ron Elberger said in the statement.

The 37-year-old rose to fame when he dropped a momentous amount of weight after sticking to turkey and vegetable subs from Subway in conjunction with exercise. He became the face of the company in 2000 and went on to launch The Jared Foundation in 2004 with a specific objective of refining children's health.

With recent speculations, Subway took matters into its own hands, releasing a statement about the seemingly inspiring spokesman.  "We are shocked about the news and believe it is related to a prior investigation of a former Jared Foundation employee. We are very concerned and will be monitoring the situation closely," the company said.

Taylor is up against eight preliminary federal felony charges, including voyeurism, child exploitation and multiple counts of possession of child pornography. Remaining in jail until further notice, federal prosecutors have until August to gather a jury, according to Taylor's lawyer..

Around the initial time of Taylor's arrest, Fogle released a statement of his own to the Indianapolis Star criticizing the former Jared Foundation employee. "I was shocked to learn of the disturbing allegations against Mr. Taylor. Effective immediately, the Jared Foundation is severing all ties with Mr. Taylor," Fogle said.
