America's sweetheart, Taylor Swift, just keeps adding to the list of why everyone loves her. The pop star donated a hefty $50,000 to help pay for the medical expenses for Naomi Oakes, an 11-year-old fan who is currently battling cancer.

The backstory in incredible. On June 25, Naomi was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia, this meant that she would have to be in the hospital for six to nine months and miss Swift's concert in Phoenix, Arizona, on Aug. 18. Naomi's family made a video about her story with Naomi's fight anthem, Taylor's hit "Bad Blood," playing as the soundtrack. The video asked viewers to help make the video viral by sharing the clip on their social media with the hashtag #TeamNaomi.

Luckily for Naomi and her family, the video got around to Swift and she was moved by her fan's story. The family had a GoFundMe campaign going for Naomi, and Taylor completely exceeded their $30,000 target goal, donating a whopping $50,000 to Naomi's family for her medical expenses. She also sent her a sweet note. The note read, "To the beautiful and brave Naomi. I'm sorry you have to miss [the concert], but there will always be more concerts. Let's focus on getting you feeling better. I'm sending the biggest hugs to you and your family."

Naomi's emotional reaction to this personal message from her favorite pop star was caught on tape and is also going viral on the internet now. Naomi was overjoyed, saying, "I can barely breathe. I seriously think I'm going to pass out right now."
