The internet-made couple named Omeeka was definitely trending on social media today. Nicki Minaj took to Instagram to share a series of behind-the-scenes photos of her and her beau, Meek Mill, from the upcoming video for "All Eyes on You."
"All Eyes on You" is Meek Mill's latest single from his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, which is currently topping the Billboard 200. DWMTM is No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a second week in a row following its June 29 release. According to Billboard, "The album moved 307,000 equivalent album units in the 11-day frame ending July 9. That sum combines the 246,000 units it earned in the week ending July 5 with the 61,000 units it collected between July 6 and July 9." With the success of his new album under his belt and the rap Barbie on his arm, it's safe to say that Mill is winning right now.
Mill and Minaj get up close and personal in the teaser for the upcoming music video. Minaj released several photos of her and Mill, one with her in a towel as the couple gets ready in the dressing room, and two others with the couple snuggled up very intimately. Continuing with the Omeeka spirit, she also released a home video of the couple in Hawaii, strolling hand-in-hand along the beach. This video will serve as another component of the Omeeka's official "coming out," following their highly anticipated BET performance, numerous interviews on their relationship, and even engagement and pregnancy rumors.
The song also features Chris Brown, who many people were saying is a "third wheel" on this lovestruck track. Maybe the couple felt that way too, because Brown doesn't appear anywhere in the behind-the-scenes photos. Do you think Brown should make an appearance in the video?
