Paula Patton, Robin Thicke's wife of nearly nine years, has announced plans to separate from the "Blurred Lines" singer, according to Billboard.

"We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," she said in a statement to People Magazine.

The two met when Thicke was 14 years old. They married in 2005 and had their son, Julian Fuego, in April 2010. Their love was chronicled in the Thicke's song "For the Rest of My Life," off his 2013 album.

The couple were last photographed together at the Grammys, but tabloids have rumored that their relationship was on the rocks since photos surfaced of Thicke with other women.

We will update you as more information becomes available. For now, listen to "For the Rest of My Life" and remember the good times.
