English rock band Whitesnake has seen its fair share of line-up changes but as of 2010, Michael Devin has held his own as the band's bassist. He took the opportunity to ask an incredibly special question at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino gig Saturday night in Atlantic City.

Devin grabbed the mic to discuss his relationship with the Sopranos and Sons of Anarchy actress Drea de Matteo. "I want to embarrass her as much as I can," Devin said on stage. He gathered de Matteo, her son Waylon and daughter Alabama to the stage in which the actress responded with a pun and question of her own. She asked Devin if he'd "love her children forevermore," before accepting his offer. "I'm gonna marry this motherf-er," she then announced to the crowd before the band launched into "Is This Love." Devin's first album with Whitesnake titled Forevermore, released in 2011, notes UltimateClassicRock.

The bassist described his original band audition with Doug Aldrich, David Coverdale and Brian Tichy as nerve-wracking. "I put down some bass ideas, sang a little - nervously I might add - as David was standing next to me, singing the parts to me! Talk about pressure," Devin told whitesnake.com. "But he's a great source of encouragement; everybody in this band is. It was an afternoon I'll never forget."

De Matteo rose to fame as Adriana La Cerva on the Sopranos and most recently portrayed Wendy Case in Sons of Anarchy alongside Charlie Hunnam. Her latest venture includes starring in a YouTube reality series, The Muthaship, filmed entirely on a smarphone by her best friend. "Two years ago my whole life fell apart so I'm starting over. I've decided to say yes to all the things I used to say no to even this freakin' reality show," each episode explains. Devin is featured in multiple short clips spanning trips to the renaissance fair, making a music video and dealing with de Matteo's fear to drive.
