Two major players in the U.S. talent booking market have joined forces to form a new partnership that will expand the two agencies. Paradigm and Windish Talent Agency announced the move this morning after news of the partnership leaked onto the internet yesterday. The move grows the Paradigm Talent Agency music division even larger after similar deals were signed with growing electronic music booking agency AM Only and U.K.-based agency CODA.

The move brings together some of the biggest names in pop, rock and electronic music under one umbrella including Skrillex, Phish, Ed Sheeran, Tiësto, Dave Matthews Band, Zedd, Disclosure, Alt-J, Coldplay, Lorde, Toby Keith and others.

"Partnering with Paradigm, AM Only and Coda solidifies our long standing relationship as collaborators, and our respective cultures and synergies will significantly enhance the entire team's ability to provide exceptional service and representation for all of our artists," said Tom Windish , Founder/President of The Windish Agency in a statement. "The independent spirit embodied by our agencies is what makes this partnership special, and uniquely positions us to identify, create and maximize client opportunities on a global scale."

Chip Hooper, head of Paradigm Music Division, said that after spending time with Windish and the agency that the deal made "Perfect sense for everyone."

The move brings together two of the largest independent music booking agencies in the United States. CAA and WME are still the big dogs in booking with scale and talent, notably in Hollywood, but the combination of AM Only, Paradigm, Windish and CODA is presenting a formidable force within the world of talent agencies that will provide their clients greater leverage for shows.

Windish will join Paradigm's list of music partnerships, which has grown in the past four years. In 2012, Paradigm partnered with AM Only to draw in some of the electronic music's largest acts. In 2014, it went across the bond to partner and partially acquire CODA Music to expand its roster in the U.K.
