Keeping up with typical Foo Fighters fashion, Dave Grohl and company invited yet another fan to the stage during their gig at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Colorado on Sunday. After spotting an emotional and tearful fan in the crowd during the deliverance of fan favorite track, "My Hero," Grohl stopped to address the fan, bringing the crying man onstage.

"Don't cry, motherf-cker, I know you're drunk, don't cry... I love you man, look at you, holy sh-t," he said in the middle of the track. He continued to invite the weepy fan named Anthony onstage, saying "I'm gonna sing this f-cking song right in your face, man to man, prison style, I'm going man to man. Me and you, I want some real tears, you better sing it with me... I'm going to sing this to your crying grown-man -ss right now... get in here, mother-cker, you drunk emotional mess!"

Upon exiting the stage, Anthony faked a stage dive as Grohl announced, "That's the great thing about a Foo Fighters show...You never know what you're going to get."

Across their string of U.S. tour dates, the Foo have brought numerous fans in front of the mic and behind the drum kit. On August 13 in Edmonton, Grohl conjured a fan to the forefront of the show to perform a rendition of Rush's "Tom Sawyer," while last month in Toronto, the band called upon the drumming talents of Anthony Bifolchi on "Big Me." In May, the group shared the spotlight with an eight-year-old during "Times Like These" after spotting him nail every lyric to the 2002 single in the crowd, NME notes.

In the middle of recovering from his leg injury and continuing a North American tour, Grohl shows no signs of slowing down. The rocker still finds the time to participate in side projects; lending his musical knowledge to super group Teenage Time Killers while appearing on hardcore band Bl'ast!'s first EP in 20 years.
