Last summer, Tinashe's DJ Mustard-produced single, "2 On," was pretty much inescapable. She followed up with an impressive debut album and now she's currently prepping her new LP, which is set for a November release.

Since emerging on the scene as a solo act, Tinashe has made an accomplished entry. The Los Angeles-based songstress performed a dance tribute to Janet Jackson at the 2015 BET Awards and recently wrapped a tour headlined by Nicki Minaj.

Tinashe revealed that lately, she's been readying her sophomore release. During an interview with Billboard, she shared that she has 30 tracks recorded for the as-yet-untitled project. As far as production, the Aquarius singer has been working with heavy hitters like Dr. Luke and Max Martin.

The new tracks include the Martin-produced “Player,” “Joyride” (produced by Hit-Boy and Travi$ Scott) and “Party Favors” by producer Boi-1da. She's also joined forces again with Nic Nac and Dev Hynes. No word on who to expect feature wise. Her debut included guest spots from ScHoolboy Q, Future and A$AP Rocky.

“I don’t see myself as an urban niche act,” Tinashe said. “I want to have mainstream success that doesn’t feel forced or label-made.”

Back in March, Tinashe released her Amethyst mixtape, her first since 2013's Black Water. Around that time is when she initially shared her plans to release another album this year.

More recently, Wale revealed that he plans to release a new go-go project featuring the likes of Tinashe and Chris Brown. He said the project is on schedule to drop after MMG's highly anticipated Self Made Vol. 4 compilation.

The 22-year-old definitely has her work cut out for her as she is slated to join Katy Perry as a supporting act on the South American leg of her “Prismatic World Tour,” beginning Sept. 29.
