Do you remember Snooki from MTV's Jersey Shore? Have you seen her lately? Apparently, she's been working out with some pretty spectacular fitness gurus and she looks amazing. She's not the Snooki you remember from Jersey Shore. The new Snooki posted a fitness photo on Instagram with her adorable children showing off one of her many workout moves.

Nicole Polizzi has turned over a new leaf from her days as the partier on Jersey Shore and Snooki and JWOWW. Today, she's a mother and a very fit and toned author who's working on her fifth book that's all about getting in shape. According to MTV, Snooki is maintaining her fitness goals by working out daily and posting exercise selfies of her workouts on social media, sometimes working out with her children.

In a 2015 People article, Polizzi shared some of her secrets to being a celebrity fit mom of two and being healthy. One of those secrets is that she uses her kids as motiviation. "I mainly want to do it for my kids," she tells People. "I want to be able to keep up with them, run after them." In an effort to to keep up with two little ones, you have to have a rigorous fitness regimen and Polizzi's includes at least forty five minutes in the gym, four days a week with her trainer.

She also watches her carb intake and when she does allow herself to have a little treat after working out so hard, she does it by the spoonful. "I'll do a scoop of peanut butter at night," she reveals. Peanut butter has become one of her favorite indulgences and is high in protein so not all that bad for her diet.
