It's a big Monday for The Weeknd. Not only does Abel Tesfaye have the top album in the country with Beauty Behind the Madness, but he rules the Hot 100, too. After Justin Bieber debuted atop the Hot 100 last week with "What Do You Mean?" The Weeknd has reclaimed the top two spots in the country for himself with "Can't Feel My Face" and "The Hills."

Fall is shaping up to be a big season for The Weeknd, as "Can't Feel My Face" returns to the top of the Hot 100 for a third non-consecutive week, Billboard reports. He eclipsed Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" which debuted at No. 1 last week to claim the throne again.

"Can't Feel My Face" tops the Radio Songs chart with 149 audience impressions, and it's a spot The Weeknd has grown comfortable in. Despite slips in digital downloads (101,000 copies sold) and streams, "Can't Feel My Face" was still able to leap frog Bieber to No. 1.

But that's not the only chart-topper for The Weeknd. His other BBTM single "The Hills" rises one spot to No. 2, giving The Weeknd total reign on both the Hot 100 and Billboard 200. "The Hills" actually outsold "Can't Feel My Face" with 102,000 downloads moved but a lesser grip on radio and streams kept "The Hills" from No. 1.

Not too shabby, though.

Beneath The Weeknd's iron grip on the top two spots, Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" slips down two spots to No. 3. "What Do You Mean?" topped the digital downloads chart with 159,000 copies sold but a 15 percent slip in streams cause the chart stumble.

Despite the shakeup at No. 1, the Hot 100's top 10 remains pretty stagnant this week. Silento's "Watch Me" holds at No. 4, and Nos. 5 through 9 hold too with OMI "Cheerleader," Major Lazer's "Lean On," Selena Gomez's "Good for You," Fetty Wap's "679" and R. City's "Locked Away" keeping it locked in those respective positions.

The final shakeup on the charts is the emergence of Ed Sheeran's latest x single "Photograph" into the top 10, at No. 10. This is Sheeran's third top 10 single from his sophomore effort, following in the footsteps of "Don't" and "Thinking Out Loud."
