Ciara's cover of "Paint it Black" is the theme music for the latest trailer of Vin Diesel's The Last Witch Hunter. The "I Bet" singer was tapped to put her spin on the Rolling Stones' 1966 classic for the supernatural action thriller.

Preview at the 1 minute mark:

The film (which also stars Elijah Wood) sees Diesel doing what he does best, kicking ass and taking names. This time as a brooding witch hunter fighting foes between a dream realm and the gritty streets of New York. It makes sense then that Ciara's cover follows suit with its big production and supernatural vocals soaring above the action packed preview.

While her relationship with NFL star Russel Wilson seems to be all people can talk about these days, Ciara's actually been keeping pretty busy on the promo front for her sixth studio album Jackie. Her contributions to the soundtrack come at the tail end of a very busy week in New York City.

She's been turning heads all throughout fashion week debuting a new hairdo, taking pictures with Nicki Minaj and fulfilling her duties as Top Shop's latest ambassador. She also performed "God Bless America" at the U.S Open and stopped by The View on Sept. 11, where she covered Michael Jackson's "Heal The World."

As for The Last Witch, the new film hits theaters Oct. 23.
