Rihanna's new album finally has a title and some artwork. Nine months after initially teasing the album and seasons after dropping her singles "FourFiveSeconds," "B*tch Better Have My Money" and "American Oxygen," on Wednesday night (Oct. 8), Rihanna announced her Unapologetic follow-up will be titled ANTI.

Rihanna's new album cover was unveiled at the MAMA Gallery in Los Angeles, E! Online reports, and the artwork was done by Israeli artist Roy Nachum. The artwork features a black and white photograph of a young girl, seemingly in motion, with a gold crown covering her eyes. In her left hand, she's holding a black balloon. The artwork isn't monochromatic, however. In addition to the gold crown, the image is splattered with red paint.

The cover of ANTI also features braille writing, which spells out a poem by Chloe Mitchell. The back of the album continues the photograph, showing the child from behind.

The front and back covers are two of seven similar images that are set to appear with the album.

According to the art description that accompanied the album cover, Rihanna is going to defy expectations with the release of ANTI. It reads, "By continuing to follow her own instincts, her work strives to make an impact by doing the very antithesis of what the public expects."

ANTI was previously called "R8" by her fans. The album is going to be Rihanna's first since the release of her 2012 LP Unapologetic. Its release will mark the longest time between Rihanna albums.

However, beyond a title and artwork, the details of ANTI remain scarce.
