Chris Brown has announced the release date of his Royalty album this past Tuesday (Oct. 13) via the Hot 97's Nessa and Camilo show. The R&B singer has already released singles "Liquor" and "Zero" and the entire album is slated for a Black Friday (Nov. 27) release. This time, he hopefully won't be incarcerated. During the release of his last album, X, the singer was in lockup following a guilty plea for simple assault.

The album is named after his newborn daughter and the release was announced during a discussion on his parenting, according to Billboard. "He's been spending so much time with his daughter," Nessa said shortly before the announcement was made, "All over his Instagram, they had some photos taken together, it was so cute, she wad dancing throughout the whole thing."

As reported by Entertainment Tonight, the R&B singer recently completed a court case in Houston, Texas that gave him joint custody of his daughter Royalty, although he was instructed to pay ex Nia Guzman $2,500 per month in child support. The custody agreement supposedly states that the singer and his ex will trade off care of their daughter once every four days.

Brown seems to take his daughter seriously, but did balk at the $15,000 that his ex was seeking at the beginning of their battle, sparking a bitter tweet from the singer:

"Some men my age run from their responsibility as fathers. I embrace mine. Just sucks that some females use children as meal tickets," the singer angrily tweeted, "Using a child as leverage is never ok. The highest praise to men who actually want their kids."

Not that Brown is especially known for his respect and admiration towards women. His reputation for domestic abuse led to a recent visa dispute with Australia, as previously reported by Music Times. The dispute hasn't stopped Brown from continuing his work in the music industry, as he just finished a collaboration with Tyga entitled Fan of a Fan: The Album ahead of his latest album's release.
