Game of Thrones is set to return for its fourth season this Sunday, April 6. Back in September, we reported that Icelandic band Sigur Rós would be appearing in a cameo on the HBO series, but that's not all they have planned for the show.

As Film Music Reporter (via Consequence of Sound) points out, the band has also recorded a version of "The Rains of Castamere," written by the composer of the series, Ramin Sjawadi, with lyrics by George R.R. Martin. It was the infamous song that played during the Red Wedding episode last season.

The Sigur Rós version will be available beginning April 13 on Amazon, and a short preview of it is streaming now here.

The National recorded the version used last season. Check it out below, and let us know which version you prefer in the comments section.
