Dr. Phil is speaking out about former Subway spokesperson, Jared Fogle, and is saying every parent needs to hear the taped interviews to know what to look for in a pedophile and sexual predator.

According to ET, the talk show host recently interviewed Rochelle Herman-Walrond for a two-part episode of Dr. Phil where the topic was all about Fogle and the recorded interview between the two. The recorded interviews allow people to hear how Fogle openly admits to his sexual interest and sexual encounters with children.

After hearing the tapes himself, Dr. Phil formed his own opinions on Fogle and had no issues with voicing his views. "I think he's incredibly narcissist, this is something that is perverted at his core -- this is a core value thing for him," Dr. Phil told ET. "When you listen to him, he's proud. This isn't something that was kind of eating away at him and he reluctantly gives in to impulses. He's proud of this. This is sport to him, this is something he really wants to do."

The talk show host revealed that parents need to hear what Fogle discusses as he recounts how he targeted specific children, what he looked for and how he isolated them. Dr. Phil refers to Fogle's interview as "the playbook of the bad guy." "This is the anatomy of a crime," he explained "...Going inside the head of an offender and seeing how he thinks, how he targets this individual, and how he grooms them into becoming a victim."

Child pornography was found in Fogle's home by authorities which sparked further investigation. According to CNN, the raid of his home came two months after the executive director of the Jared Foundation, Russell C. Taylor, was arrested on federal child pornography charges.

According to CNN, "during an April search at Taylor's home, authorities found 'a cache of sexually explicit photos and videos Taylor allegedly produced by secretly filming minor children.'"
