In one of the more unlikely collaborations seen in quite some time, Los Angeles disco and house producing duo of Tyler Blake and Michael David, better known as Classixx, have teamed up with T-Pain to release a brand new song "Whatever I Want."

As the title would suggest, the track is about carefree living, doing "whatever I want." T-Pain is back on the auto-tune kick, leaving behind the real signing that he tried to use to revive his career earlier this year with new acoustic sessions and an album.

Now the track comes together with funky production from Classixx that ebbs and flows throughout the tune with steady percussion and bass lines, while T-Pain croons out in his most humane and robotic way about living life to the fullest.

The track also is aided by the West LA Children's Choir who you can hear in the hooks for some extra vocal layering to give the harmonies a fuller and bolder sound.

"Whatever I Want" was premiered earlier today by Zane Lowe on Beats 1 and is now available to stream and download on Apple Music via Innovative Leisure.

"We've been T-Pain fans for a long time, but vividly remember hearing the instrumental of "Can't Believe It" and feeling kindred in some way," said Classixx in a statement. "We're still reeling from the fact that this song came together, it was really fun to make it!"

Classixx last album Hanging Gardens was released in 2013 and this type of a single would be the perfect springboard to get right back into things as it has been quite a while since fans have heard some new music from the pair.
