Actor Charlie Sheen has admitted to many things in his past, including soliciting the services of prostitutes. Now, he is said to be set to open up yet again during an interview to reveal another secret he's been keeping from the world involving his health. He's HIV-Positive.

According to People, the Two and a Half Men star will interview with Today to discuss his health battle and dealing with the disease. The magazine reports that publicist and crisis manager, Howard Bragman, was approached by some of Sheen's people six months ago to address and publicly announce everything there is to know about what he's been dealing with. Bragman is said to have stated that many people in Sheen's life already knew about it but, he he has reservations and concerns about his past sexual partners who did not know. "The interview could open up a lot of sympathy for him, but he has to be concerned about a fear of litigation from former sexual partners," Bragman said. "You don't take that lightly."

The crisis manager shared that although he has never met the 50-year-old actor in person, he has known about his condition for a while. "I've known about this a long time, it's not a surprise to me," Bragman stated of the news. "I feel very sorry for his pain. And I hope it's used as a teachable moment for the world. This is a disease that can affect anyone."

The National Enquirer, who People reported as the first media outlet to report on Sheen's health condition, wrote a past article with a headline that read, "Hollywood Superstar's Desperate Battle With Aids!" Though the article did not reveal a name, it was supposedly about Sheen. The site states that it will now publish the full story on what they describe as Sheen's "cover up" of being HIV-Positive. The tabloid site reportedly conducted an 18-month investigation the uncovered Sheen's sickness and the possible spread of the virus to his multiple sex partners.

USA Today reports that the interview with Today will take place on Tuesday. The NBC interview, which is being described as an "exclusive, live sit-down," is set to answer a lot of questions.
