Are Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez back together? A new video has surfaced where was singing "My Girl" to her at a hotel bar this past Friday night (Nov. 20). It is the first time that the duo has been seen together in over a year, although they've mentioned each other frequently in the press and more recently, on Ellen.

TMZ reports that the notoriously volatile couple was spotted together at the Montage Beverly Hills and that Bieber played "My Girl" on the piano and serenaded Gomez. The two then reportedly roamed the streets of Beverly Hills together for several hours. It's not surprising that the two were seen in public together based on a recent interview that Bieber gave to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

Jelena fans were thrilled during a recent Bieber appearance on Ellen where the singer talked at length about possibly getting back together with Gomez. "Maybe," he said to the host, "I mean, we have a lot of history together so I'm sure it could possibly happen. But I think we're both just on our own journeys of figuring ourselves out. Maybe once we do that, we can come together and make an awesome duo. Or she'll find someone awesome and I'll find someone awesome."

"I just want her to be happy, honestly," the singer further added but by the recent video, it appears that the two may be reuniting sooner than he alluded to in the interview. Bieber also finally admitted that hit tracks "What Do You Mean?" and "Sorry" were penned about his relationship with Gomez, as was always widely speculated.

The interview on Ellen was just the latest in a string of appearances that the young singer had leading up to his Purpose album, which was released on Nov. 13. At the time, Bieber had already released "I'll Show You," "Sorry," "What Do You Mean?" and "Where Are U Now" ahead of the album.
