Taylor Swift has been pretty open about her stance on Spotify. Back in November 2014, the "Wildest Dreams" singer pulled all of her music from the streaming service after disagreements on royalties. Now, Swift has endured a new issue with Spotify -- oddly enough, her Red single "I Knew You Were Trouble" mistakenly appeared on the service under the name of Welsh rock band Lostprophets.

The "Bad Blood" singer's 2012 single was made available on Spotify on Dec. 4 but was credited to the "Last Train Home" rockers. The song, which was active for three days paired with cartoon album artwork and the Lostprophets logo, has since been removed and investigated.

"The track in question was delivered to us by a provider, whose responsibility it is to ensure that content delivered to Spotify is fully licensed and in compliance with our Infringement Policy," a Spotify Spokesperson told The Guardian, placing the blame on a specific jobholder. "We take the integrity of our catalogue very seriously, and will immediately remove any content that is found to be incorrectly licensed or attributed to the incorrect artist or composer."

"The track was taken down as soon as it was discovered (three days after it was delivered), and we will be taking the matter further with the provider who delivered this track," the spokesperson continued.

As for Lostprophets, the band's frontman Ian Watkins, was recently convicted as a pedophile, causing the band to split in 2013. Watkins was sentenced to 29 plus six years in prison for a series of child sex offences including attempted rape of a 1-year-old. An appeal to reduce jail time was lost after judges felt that the "shocking depravity" of his case deserved a long-time jail sentence.
