We're not "Out Of The Woods" yet as Taylor Swift still has one more surprise for fans before the books close on 2015 -- the premiere of her latest music video on New Year's Rockin' Eve.

The long awaited music video for her single, "Out Of The Woods," will be the sixth single release since the release of her year-old album, 1989. The video is set to premiere on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest on ABC Dec. 31 with the show kicking of at 8 p.m. ET, according to Billboard. No details are available yet on when during the program the video will debut or if Swift herself will be present for the event.

Controversy surrounded the filming of this project as accusations were made against Swift and her crew claiming they violated zoning ordinances in New Zealand where they were filming and put an endangered bird species called dotterel at risk. Local campaigners claim the crew brought too many vehicles to Bethells Beach, where they could have destroyed the nests of these birds.

Cherokee Films, the company overseeing the shoot, issued a statement refuting the claims in November.

"Taylor Swift and her management team were in no way at fault and did not do anything that violated permits or ordinances," the statement via the BBC read. "At no time were the film crew close to that habitat. No dotterel were harmed."

In a show of good faith, the film company made a donation to the dotterel-breeding program.

New Zealand is known for its vast landscapes, most notably as the landscape for Middle Earth in all of the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies, so there's bound to be some big swooping aerial shots. Other than that, there are few indications as to what the imagery or theme to this video will be.
