As 2015 comes to an end and many are preparing to start a fresh year, Bill Cosby may possibly be preparing to go to jail. The famous comedian and actor has just been charged with in a 2004 sexual assault case and a warrant has gone out for his arrest.

Accuser and former Temple employee, Andrea Constand, stated that Cosby drugged and raped her in his home in Pennsylvania in 2004.

People reports that Montgomery County District Attorney-Elect, Kevin Steele, reopened the case based off of a 2005 desposition from the civil suit that Constand filed. During the desposition Cosby allegedly admitted that in order to have sex with women, he gave them quaaludes, a sedative and hypnotic medication.

Steele stated that "reopening this case was not a question, rather it was our duty."

Cosby previously noted that he had a consenual interaction with Constand but that he did not rape her. Constand fought that statement but informing the court that she was gay and was dating a woman at that time.

It said that Cosby will be arraigned this afternoon in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

Cosby has been accused by 50 women of either drugging them or sexual assault. Cosby has denied all those claims and is even suing seven of the accusers for defamation.
