Beyoncé and Jay Z have earned the title of "year's biggest tour" with "On The Run." Or have they? Our pal and Los Angeles Times hip-hop/R&B specialist Gerrick Kennedy tweeted on Thursday that another huge tour featuring "two of the biggest rappers in the game right now" is being planned.

Kennedy didn't give names, but indicated that the tour would stop at the Hollywood Bowl for two dates in September. The only hint he gave was this tweet: "The real gag is one of the two needs this tour more than the other. It's loyalty at it's finest."

So who is it? Music Times has come up with some possible scenarios based on his hints. Check it out and tell us who you think might be involved.

Drake + Lil Wayne

This was the most popular guess among those responding to Kennedy's tweets, and it certainly fulfills his "two of the biggest rappers" description. But who "needs" this tour? The argument could be that Drake needs it from a reputation perspective. He's been locked in a recent beef with Jay that's resulted with most onlookers concluding that Drake was being childish, and a child in general compared to Jay. A Drake/Rihanna tour would be an obvious affront to Jay/Bey, but we hesitate to interpret Rihanna as a rapper. Both Young Money performers have this Fall wide open and Weezy is aiming to drop Tha Carter V by then.

Eminem + Dr. Dre

Perhaps Kennedy was making a joke when he cited one performer needing the tour more than the other. Eminem is obviously not struggling financially but his personal wealth pales in comparison to his old pal Dr. Dre's. Dre owns a huge share of the Beats Electronics company, which reportedly just sold to Apple for $3.2 billion, making the producer a near billionaire. Eminem's got dates planned up until August 23, which could fly with the date suggested by Kennedy.

Outkast

This option may get skipped over by many prognosticators as it somewhat seems as if the duo are on tour already. Andre 3000 and Big Boi are headlining 40 festivals this summer, but does that technically qualify as a tour? Frankly, it's be somewhat of a jerk move to play only festivals, which tend to cater to a higher-income contingent. Outkast may plan an actual solo tour to give fans who don't enjoy alternative rock to check out for a cheaper ticket price. However, does one member "need" it?

Clipse

Okay, just a pipe dream of ours. We doubt No Malice is making the same kind of income he was as when he toured with brother Pusha T in the past, but we doubt he's going to drop his new, relatively conservative Christian stance that easily. We just figured we'd throw it out there.

Will Smith + DJ Jazzy Jeff

Definitely a pipe dream. But tell us you wouldn't go.
