After publicly apologizing on Twitter for her failure to perform at the Grammys because of bronchitis, Rihanna is seen twerking in a Snapchat video taken during her 28th birthday party.

The "Diamonds" singer was seen arriving at the Via Alloro in Beverly Hills with gal friend Melissa Forde, sporting a flashy metallic blue and backless dress with a silky scarf over her shoulders, Mail Online reported.

A Snapchat video shows the star shaking her booty while holding a glass of wine in her hand. Gal pal Forde was demanding that she dance saying, “Spin for me, spin for me!” as the "Umbrella" songstress turns around while dancing and singing along to "My Way" by Fetty Wap, according to US Magazine.

The wild birthday bash occurred five days after the Grammys and it appears that the star looked better after her bout with bronchitis since she was happily enjoying the night as seen on the video that was captioned "Burfffdayy Queennn."

Some celebrities greeted the star on her birthday through Twitter like Pharrell Williams and Ellen DeGeneres who said, "Happy birthday, @Rihanna! Thank you for naming your new album after me. Love, Anti Ellen," referring to her recently released album titled ANTI, which is her eighth studio album.

Rihanna failed to perform at this year's Grammy awards after releasing a statement from a representative that said, "Based on Rihanna's examination after Grammy rehearsals today, Rihanna's doctor put her on vocal rest for 48-hours because she was at risk of hemorrhaging her vocal chords. The antibiotics she has been on for three days did not kill the infection adequately, therefore, she cannot perform safely."

She was supposed to perform on the early part of the awards show but her spot was cancelled due to the doctor's advice.

Aside from the Grammys, she also postponed the ANTI Tour which was supposed to kick off on February 28. It was pushed back to May 8 because of “production problems,” Hollywood Life reported.
