It was just in December that Migos' Offset took a plea and received five years' probation for gun and drug charges. Now it seems his freedom might be curtailed: The rapper was just arrested again.

According to Billboard, Offset was detained in Atlanta for driving with a suspended license. Offset's lawyer says the rapper had a $316 fine for the suspended license that was thought to be paid in December but was overlooked.

TMZ released the following visual of the arrest:

According to Fader, Offset's lawyer, Drew Findling, said:
"It won't interfere [with his probation], because it's not committing an offense -- it's just not realizing you hadn't paid a fine and paying it. It will probably be resolved first thing tomorrow morning."

The rapper spent a lot of 2015 in jail but eventually entered an Alford plea  -- when a defendant enters a guilty plea but does not admit guilt -- and got out with five years' probation in December, according to Complex

Migos is set to perform Saturday in Denver. They also have Dab Fest taking place March 23, 25 and 27. Migos will be performing alongside Rich the Kid and Lil Yachty.

The trio will be performing tracks from their most recent mixtape, Young Rich N****s 2, which came out in January. It's available on Live Mixtapes to stream and download.
