Have you ever cried while watching old footage of Arctic Monkeys, dancing and cooking a big hunk of red meat? If the answer to this is yes, then the English alt-rockers have ripped a scene straight from your life in the new music video for the AM single "Snap Out Of It."

The clip features the Arctic Monkeys only in a series of semi-flashbacks, with the band appearing on fuzzy television screens in rehearsal footage, playing "Snap Out Of It" in the studio.

The music video really stars model/actress Stephanie Sigman, who has intense emotional reactions while watching scenes of Arctic Monkeys. Seemingly on the brink of an emotional breakdown, Sigman moodily parades around her apartment, sobbing while watching the beloved Brit rockers on her crappy kitchen TV and her much less crappy living room set.

Sigman, inexplicably, performs a few other mundane tasks: gets dressed, makes herself a steak (and eats it with her bare hands), goes for a swim or two, all to the sweet, sweet music of the Arctic Monkeys.

It's not immediately clear what's wrong with this model, but it is clear that she just needs to "Snap Out Of It."

"Snap Out Of It" is remarkably the sixth single from Arctic Monkeys' album AM, the alt-rock album that just refuses to die.

The album was released in September 2013 and has previously spawned "R U Mine?" "Do I Wanna Know," "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High," "One For The Road" and "Arabella" as singles.
